The pulverized coal conveying distributor for steel plants is a core equipment of the blast furnace pulverized coal injection system, used to evenly distribute dry pulverized coal conveyed through a single pipeline to multiple injection pipelines, ensuring the stability and uniformity of pulverized coal injection at the blast furnace tuyeres. I. Core Structure and Working Principle
Structural Composition
It consists of a main pipe, a body (cone type/disc type/bottle type), and multiple branch pipes. The branch pipes are distributed above the body at an elevation angle (90° or 120°) or horizontally.
The branch pipes are connected to the coal conveying main pipe and the injection gun via flanges or threaded connections. The body is made of wear-resistant carbon steel, stainless steel, or lined with ceramic material.

Distribution Principle
Utilizes the vortex effect of the conical inner cavity: High-pressure airflow carries pulverized coal into the body, forming a swirling flow that ensures even distribution of pulverized coal at the outlets of each branch pipe, with an accuracy of up to ±3% of the coal injection volume.
The total outlet area of the branch pipes is similar to the inlet channel area, reducing pulsation and avoiding the risk of throat blockage.
